Hesap ve Veri Silme — Duel Arena

Hiç giriş yapmadıysanız silinecek bir şey yoktur. Oyun hesapsız oynanabilir ve bu durumda kaydınızın bizde bir kopyası olmaz. Uygulamayı telefonunuzdan kaldırmanız yeterlidir.

Google hesabınızla giriş yaptıysanız hesabınızı ve buluttaki kaydınızı oyunun içinden kendiniz silebilirsiniz. Beklemeniz ya da bize yazmanız gerekmez.

1. Önce şunu ayırt edin: çıkış yapmak silmek değildir

Ayarlar → Hesap → Çıkış yap yalnızca hesabın bağlantısını keser. Telefonunuzdaki kaydınız silinmez ve oynamaya devam edebilirsiniz; buluttaki kaydınız da durur, tekrar giriş yaparsanız geri gelir.

Kalıcı silme istiyorsanız aşağıdaki adımı izleyin.

2. Oyunun içinden silme

Ana menüde Ayarlar'ı açın.
Hesap bölümünde “Hesabı sil”e dokunun.
Çıkan onay penceresinde “Evet, sil”i seçin.

Silme anında yapılır; buluttaki kaydınız ve hesap kaydınız birlikte silinir, arkada bir yedek kalmaz.

Uzun süredir giriş yapmadıysanız, güvenlik gereği Google giriş penceresi bir kez daha açılabilir. Bu normaldir: hesabı silen kişinin gerçekten hesap sahibi olduğunu doğrular.

Bir aksilik olursa oyun size “Hesap silinemedi” der ve hesabınız silinmemiş olarak kalır — yarım kalmış bir silme sessizce başarılı gösterilmez.

3. Uygulamayı zaten sildiyseniz: e-posta ile

Oyunu telefonunuzdan kaldırdıysanız yukarıdaki yola erişemezsiniz. Bu durumda devixayazilim@gmail.com adresine, oyuna giriş yaptığınız e-posta adresinden yazın. Konuya "Duel Arena hesap silme talebi" yazmanız yeterli; başka bilgi istemiyoruz.

Talebin giriş yaptığınız adresten gelmesi, kaydın gerçekten size ait olduğunu doğrulamanın tek yolu. Başka bir adresten gelen talepte kimliğinizi doğrulayamadığımız için işlem yapamayız.

Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir ve tamamlandığında aynı adrese bilgi verilir.

4. Ne silinir

Buluttaki oyun kaydınız — jeton sayaçlarınız, açtığınız karakterler, karakter seviyeleriniz, hikâye ilerlemeniz ve günlük sayaçlarınız.
Hesap kaydınız — Firebase Authentication'daki e-posta adresiniz ve hesap kimliğiniz.

İkisi birlikte silinir; arkada bir yedek kalmaz.

5. Ne silinmez

Telefonunuzdaki kaydınız. O dosya sizin cihazınızda ve bizim erişimimiz yok. Silmek isterseniz uygulamayı telefonunuzdan kaldırın.
Google hesabınızın kendisi. Yalnızca oyundaki kaydınızı sileriz; Google hesabınıza dokunamayız, o Google'a aittir.
Google AdMob'un reklam verileri. Bu veriler Google'da tutulur ve bize ham hâliyle ulaşmaz. Reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlamak için Gizlilik Politikası sayfasının 5. maddesine bakın.

6. Silindikten sonra

Oyun çalışmaya devam eder. Telefonunuzdaki kaydınız yerinde durduğu için jetonlarınızı ve ilerlemenizi kaybetmezsiniz; yalnızca bulut yedeğiniz olmaz. İsterseniz daha sonra tekrar giriş yapıp yeni bir yedek oluşturabilirsiniz.

Account and Data Deletion — Duel Arena

If you never signed in, there is nothing to delete. The game is playable without an account, and in that case we hold no copy of your save. Removing the app from your phone is enough.

If you signed in with your Google account, you can delete your account and cloud save from inside the game. No waiting and no need to contact us.

1. Signing out is not deleting

Settings → Account → Sign out only disconnects the account. The save on your phone is not deleted and you can keep playing; your cloud save also remains and returns if you sign in again.

2. Deleting from inside the game

Open Settings from the main menu.
In the Account section tap “Delete account”.
Choose “Yes, delete” in the confirmation dialog.

Deletion is immediate: your cloud save and your account record are deleted together and no backup is kept.

If you have not signed in for a while, the Google sign-in window may open once more. This is normal: it verifies that the person deleting the account is its owner.

If anything goes wrong the game tells you “Could not delete the account” and your account stays undeleted — a half-finished deletion is never silently reported as success.

3. Already uninstalled the app? Email us

If you removed the game from your phone you cannot use the route above. In that case email devixayazilim@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with "Duel Arena account deletion request" as the subject. We ask for nothing else.

The request must come from that address because it is the only way we can verify the save is yours. We cannot act on requests from a different address.

Requests are fulfilled within 30 days at the latest, and we confirm to the same address when it is done.

4. What is deleted

Your cloud game save — coin counters, unlocked characters, character levels, story progress and daily counters.
Your account record — your email address and account ID in Firebase Authentication.

Both are deleted together; no backup is kept.

5. What is not deleted

The save on your phone. That file is on your device and we have no access to it. Remove the app to delete it.
Your Google account itself. We delete only your save in the game; your Google account belongs to Google.
Google AdMob advertising data. Held by Google and never reaching us in raw form. To reset your advertising ID, see section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

6. After deletion

The game keeps working. The save on your phone stays in place, so you do not lose coins or progress — you simply have no cloud backup. You can sign in again later to create a new one.
